Dog Training and Boarding in the Santa Clarita Valley
Training should fit your dog’s needs and your life. At Hasley Canyon K9 Ranch, we offer board & train, private lessons, puppy training, group classes, and boarding in a structured ranch setting.
Start with a free phone consultation. We will discuss your goals and recommend an evaluation or the appropriate next step.
Our programs
Choose a program that fits your dog’s needs and your schedule. We can help you decide during a free phone consultation and evaluation.
Our Training Approach
Balanced training built on clear communication.
Food, praise, play, and marker words help dogs learn what we are asking. Once a dog understands a behavior, fair corrections may reinforce that learning. Tools and expectations are introduced gradually and adapted to the dog.
We explain the recommended tools and show you how to use them. Depending on your dog’s needs, these may include a slip lead, prong collar, e-collar, long line, crate, or muzzle.
Evaluations and Package Credits
Every program starts with an evaluation.
Evaluations last approximately one hour and cost $200 at the facility or start at $250 in your home, depending on distance. We assess your dog’s behavior, discuss your goals, and recommend a program.
Up to $200 of the evaluation fee is credited toward a purchased training package. Travel charges are not credited. The credit does not apply to individual lessons or single group classes.
